View different account emails

I am running SBS2003 with exchange server. Clients are running Outlook2003. I need to find out how can I see another users email through my outlook. I have full control to the server and client machines.

to open other user's mailboxes in outlook you need to have full control over their mailboxes. you will have to add additional mailboxes in outlook.

if you don't have full mailbox rights on other users mailboxes then you can check the following

I have noticed that anyone can open any accounts through file open "user folder"  and put the persons name. How do I block that.
