Manually adding updates to WSUS server

I am running WSUS on a 2003 box, but for some reason the MS patch for DST KB931836 constantly fails to download even though I have given the necessary approval for the patch.  I know that this patch works because I have manually installed it on several PCs and Servers.
I know I can manually download an update to the WSUS server, but I am unsure which of the folders to put it in.  I know it would go somewhere into the \\servername\wsus\wsuscontent folder, but I don't which subfolder to create.

You can't add things manually.

Try running:

wsusutil /reset

from a CMD window - the tool is in Update Services\Tools.

This should rescan your repository, correct the DB and sync.
