This doesn't really address your question, as I have no experience with the content filtering and anti-spyware capability on the Sonicwall, but I wanted to submit that you are looking for the CSC-SSM-10 module for the ASA, not the AIP-SSM-10.  The CSC ("Content Security and Control") module performs those tasks for the ASA.
