We need to create a central Calendar for booking a boardroom that would be controlled by one person but accessible by all. i.e - I want to book the room at 2 and invite attendees reserving the room pending acceptance. Any suggestions. I have several routes to this but am looking for a better one.

Thanks

The best route is to use either "Direct Booking" or convince your email administrator to install Microsoft's Auto Accept Agent.  I've included relevant links below.
