I need to convert PNG files into JPG.  I downloaded ImageMagick, but Good Grief, there's a thousand files and none of them are executable.  So can't figure out how to install it.  Just want a simple freeware tool to convert PNG files.  Any thoughts?

You can use windows Paint. Just open the .png file and select File > Save As > .jpg.

Job Done.
