Partition management software, recommendations, 500pts!

Can anyone recommend a partition manager application/suite that works with Windows Server 2003 Std or Ent Edtions?  (32bit)

I need to resize partitions on an active server without losing any data.

Quite urgent, hence the 500 points!

Server Magic works well, its the server version of Partition Magic, I don't know if its still available as PowerQuest were gobbled up by Symantec
