Exmerge mail restore

Is there a good free d/l of Exmerge to use with 5.5 on server 2000 with info on how to use it?  I am only looking for this to keep on file however, I would like some layman terms on how to use it, etc..

what do you actually need? exmerge for 5.5 or something else?

Yes for 5.5 and some documentation on its use and what it can help with.
