Does SharePoint Server 2003 prevent version control in aspx files?

Hi,
I manage our corporate intranet on Windows Sharepoint Server 2003.
We've added WikiPoint, a Wiki-webpart bought from Neoworks.com in the UK.

All Wiki-entries are stored as xxx.wiki.aspx files in the dedicated document library

One of the features, as in all SharePoint document libraries, is version control: you should be able to recall previious versions of an entry. You guessed right: somehow this feature does not work in WikiPoint.

Does anyone know whether version controll is impossible for aspx-files in SharePoint?

Thanx in advance,
Pieter.

Not sure about Windows Sharepoint Server 2003 and WikiPoint. I'm using the standard Wiki pages that come with WSS 3.0 in a WSS 3.0 site and this works quite well. The pages are .aspx files and if you open the pages from the History you can even see the changes you made. Very nice.

However, when I created a Document Version History enabled standard Document library and added some standard Basic pages (.aspx) versioning didn't work as expected. Changes to the .aspx file created a new version, but I could no longer access or restore any prior versions content. Not very useful.

This solved it: the webpart maker could provide an update of the part, which solved the problem. Thanks anyway for your trouble.
