Citrix environment client configuration validation locally or to domain

I was just wondering what the pros and cons are when setting up a Citrix or terminal services environment to the workstations logging in locally or validating against the domain?

Hope this makes some sense.

it just depends on if you want to be able to control those workstations with GPO's, or other features that a domain would give.  Once they login to citrix, that session will be on the domain so it doesn't really matter whether or not their local workstation is.

The only downside I can think of is that they could possibly have 2 different usernames/passwords that they would have to remember if the computer is not on the domain.
