Hiall I have 2 linux servers. I want get sftp on them where do i get that and intsll it.
I have read http://www.experts-exchange.com/Security/Misc/Q_21473040.html that post. Ihave vsftp right now.

You should already have OpenSSH on your linux boxes,
which means your can run sftp as a client.
If you want to have a sftp server run on the boxes, then I would highly recommend you check out
"sftponly"

How do I install sftp its not on my system where would i get it can i use yum or what do ido exactlly.
I checked out those web sites there is no sftp in the directory they tell me to go too.
