We have an exec that has people under him scheduling appointments on his calendar.
IS there anyway to notify the guy when an appointment gets created? LIke send him something automatically? Is there a feature like this in 6.5?

Thanks :)

You can always have them do a forward of the appointment back to the owner.

In addition it is possible to see if the alarm option works, which can also send an email in advance.

I hope this helps !
