I have a very simple question :D

I want to know what happens with recurring appointments that was configured
in the past and a new cleanup policy in my Exchange Server has been
configured.

I will configure the policy to remove any item in all mailboxes users that
are older than 2 years.

What happens with this appointments configured in this period or prior to it?

My infrastruture is integrated by one Active Directory domain (Windows Server 2003) and an Exchange Organization (Exchange Server 2003)

As far as I know reacurring appointments should not be affected by this.  I believe it would remove instances of the appointment that are older than 2 years.  This is of course if you apply your mailbox manager policy to the calendar folder.  If you apply it just to the inbox there will be no effect on calendars.
