I am running Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server and when users add contacts with fax numbers, Outlook automatically adds a duplicate entry. There will be a contact with the contacts email addres and then a seperate contact with the fax number.
How do I disable this or are there any 3rd party plugins/software?
