How do I attach a .pst to an email in outlook?

I can attach the .pst file to an email, but the receiving Outlook blocks it as unsafe.

Rename the file to TXT extension.  For example, if file name is username.pst, rename it to username.txt.

At the destination, have the recipient rename the file back to username.pst before opening.
