How to onlick picture and popup the actual size (bigger) ?

example page:
(2 pictures on the left size)

It seem they didn't use javascript?
I would like to do my page the same as they do.
But I don't wanna use javascript.

And there is NO way you can open a new window and have it resize to the size of the image without using javascript

If all you want to do is open another window with the large image in it, this will work:
<a href="big-image.jpg"  target="_blank"><img src="small-image.jpg" /></a>
The new window will not necessarily be the size of the image.

I do want they popup blank in the ACTUAL size of the picture like example I've provided.
(Internet Explorer must be the same size as picture).
