what do you want to send as Administrator?

I would like to notify users of power outages and general info regarding the site and new/updated changes but, I would like this info sent As Administrator w/out my info and signature block.  I have a Admin mailbox setup already however, I have not been able to send as Admin successfully yet.

if you have assigned the permissions correctly then the Send As should work.
you need to assign the Send As permissions from the permissions tab of this admin mailbox. Don't give the Send On Behalf from the delivery tab.

When I add my name to the Windows NT Accounts with permission and select the Send As from the Roles drop down menu- I am still unable to send as Admin, I receive the Originator does not have permissions to submit message error.

try giving the Send As permissions to another account and see if that works. also if possible, post the NDR here.

The Admin mailbox is hidden from the GAL and the Primary windows NT account is the Administrator.  In the permissions tab of the Admin account, my account has the send as, mailbox owner and modify user attributes rights checked, same as the Admin account.

Thanks for the assistance thus far.

Here is the NDR- The originator does not have permission to submit message

have you configured the Admin mailbox as an additional mailbox in your outlook or have you configured outlook the open the Admin mailbox and you are trying to open it using your account?

The Admin mailbox is not attached to my Outlook mail, as a matter of fact, I can not attach it at this time.  I receive the Name could not be resolved when I try this.

rakeshmiglaniCommented:
The name could not be resolved because the Admin mailbox is hidden from the GAL.
