Does anyone know of any reputable online courses or colleges that I could enroll in that teach IS Security?  I'd like to take something that I can earn my CCSP or Security +.

CCSP and Security+ are two very different topics. CCSP is brand specific (CISCO) and advanced level certification while Security+ is vendor neutral, entry level.
Or did you mean CISSP? That's also a vendor neutral and is an advanced certifcation. It's called the golden standard, and you need to prove 4 years direct security experience before becoming a CISSP.
Anyway, it's not very clear to me which direction you are looking to go: advanced or entry level, brand specific or vendor neutral.

To answer your question:
Preplogic has a sound reputation and has CBT for CISSP & Security+ but not CCSP: http://www.preplogic.com/products/video/view-video-training.asp
I found CBT nuggets also very good: and they have all 3. https://www.cbtnuggets.com/
