Eclipse and the symbols used

Is there a shet sheet for identifying all of the Eclipse symbols (symbols are the J with a little question mark, or on the Synchronize J with an + etc.)  which are shown in the Package Explorer and in the Perspectives?

And is there a general formal name for all of the symbol notation?
