mac opening Adobe

i have a user with a mac. We send her a adobe file that works everywhere here bit when she opens it is just shows boxes etc. what can I do to resolev this?

Thoughts:
- check the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader you are using to see if it is the latest
- see if the file will display better in the "Preview" (assuming she has OS X)
- try repairing permissions first (again assuming OS X)

G'day,
Check your fonts. I've had this issue with corrupt fonts before.

By the way, are we talking about PDF? or PS?

Wich Adobe program?
