Exchange 2003 Read Receipts

Is there any way to limit read receipts to the internal domain only?
We don't want external customers receiving  read receipts.

Is there an expandable + sign next to each From....or is the From column truly across the top next to the attachment symbol, Subject, etc. ?

But this should work for you:

Open the Exchange System Manager, navigate to Global Options | Internet Message Formats | the Default policy will be shown on the right...go to the Properties of that policy and on the Advanced tab click to clear the checkbox "Allow delivery reports"

This should stop them from being sent externally, but still allow them internally.
