IE7 fail to access webmail.

Template : Domino Web Access(6) - iNotes6.ntf

when user access webmail by IE7, after submit login and password and go to welcome page/inbox page, error message : "Your session has expired, pls retry the current operation after reauthentication"

1) Rboot the machine
2) Check security settings in IE7. Make sure java, etc is allowed.

If running via Citrix I have seen a problem where Internet Explorer just drops cookies (causing authentication to be lost). If this is the case I have no solution - never found a solution had to revert back to basic HTTP authentication.

Other than this it sounds like DWA client is attempting to contact server via other hostname than what is used to open DWA (would cause authentication to not exist for different hostname). Check hostnames in server document and be sure to use the correct when opening DWA.
Could use Ethereal to sniff packages between klient and server and see what requests and responses there are and which fail (DWA uses ajax allot so there are requests going on in the client background)

btw: DWA is only supported on IE7 on Domino version 6.5.6, 7.0.3, 8.0. Search on Lotus support pages for known issues (but non of them seems related to your problem).

i tried to set as 'trusted site' or 'intranet site', be sure cookies enabled, but still fail.
however, seem add-ons issue maybe related, i found "inotes6.dll'" inotes6 class, is it not support on IE7?
