Hello Everyone,
I need a VBA code that launches all existing message rules in MS Outlook 2003.
The rules should be run even if they are unchecked from the rules dialog box.
The script should be written in Outlook 2003 Visual Basic for Applications

Thank you

Sorry, this isn't possible in any documented way.  Microsoft didn't allow code to run/manipulate rules until Outlook 2007.

There is no way I know of to do this, documented or undocumented.  I don't work for Microsoft, so I can't say it's impossible.
