sharing a calendar on a sbs 2003 network with exchange

I recently added a new user to sbs 2003 and set them up with an exchange account.  i added them to the necessary groups.  There are 12 users on this network.  All of the users share one other person's calendar but when I go to open the shared calendar on the new account, I am unable to.  I logged into the person's computer who is sharing his calendar and clicked on 'share my calendar' so I could add her name to the permission box, but I am unable to see her name?  Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

DID you add user with the Add user wizard?
Which template.
Does the user appear in the users under Server Management and is account locked out?
Recreating user only takes a minute.
Do you have enough licenses?
You are bettre off putting you shared calender under companyweb (Sharepoint).
There is already one there: Vacation Calendar. You can edit that one or add your own.
