TStringGrid Auto Row sizing when entering text

Is there a TStringGrid which allows a cell's row to expand / contract automatically when entering text, image etc.?  Also, when entering text for the text to wordwrap.

Thanks for the advice, but I couldn't justify the cost of a devexpress product.
