The question is more than 3 months old and had been answered already (although the Asker does not seem to really care.

Additionally - the asker asks for Oracle 9i, your links are for 10g. So your links are not really answering the question or adding anything to the already found answer.

Useless. I know that Oracle has published the installation guide but I am facing issue there.
