Once when I destroyed my CPU I got the same symptoms as you. Do you have access to another cpu you can test with? By the looks of it I`d say that its most likely either the cpu or the motherboard

I have a ASUS P4S800-mx MB with Intell CPU that will not boot. &nbsp;Fans, lights, all power up. Computer was on and I went away and then came back got a no sync on Monitor. &nbsp;Tried different monitor, Tried new power supply, changed MB Battery, reset CMOS. &nbsp; The lights on the CD DVD's stays green and there is no Hard Drive Access. &nbsp;I removed all device except KeyBoard, Mouse, Monitor. &nbsp;Still no boot.<br />
