PayPal problem

Not sure where this question should go, but here goes anyway.  I am using PayPal to accept transactions over the Internet.  Everything works great except for one thing.  I don't know how to accept transactions from Canada.  The way PayPal is setup right now is to accept only 2 character names like nc, mi, wa, ...  I need to be able to accept Canada provences also.  Those are all 3 character names.  Does anyone here know how to make this happen?  I really appreciate it.

Two letter codes for Canadian Provinces:

Alberta: AB
British Columbia: BC
Manitoba: MB
New Brunswick: NB
Newfoundland & Labrador: NL
Northwest Territories: NT
Nova Scotia: NS
Nunavut: NU
Ontario: ON
Prince Edward Island: PE
Quebec: QC
Saskatchewan: SK
Yukon: YT

Use them.

The answer that I am looking for actually is how to place the code into the php file that will accept the proper SCO codes.

This seems to be another question.

Can a moderator tell me if this is a different question from the original one posted in this thread?

I can try to answer it if it's not.

You never answered my original question, both questions are of the same reference.  I believe the solution you gave me is for customers to type into the field to allow for Canadian customers, but that is not what I want.  I want to change the code in the PayPal php code to reflect the ability for Canadian customers to pay for things.  Right now if a Canadian customer tries to purchase something they can get through the purchase, but they never receive their product because PayPal doesn't recognize the code so therefore, the provider gets the money, but no request for product.
