Can't open other users mailboxes Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2007

I am running Exchange 2007, and am unable to share user mailboxes.  I have 2 users that I am trying to share their mailboxes, but nothing displays.  I added them in the email accounts to 'open these additional mailboxes'.  They have full mailbox permissions in AD.  I've reviewed their permissions in Outlook 2003, and both users have full permissions.  When I remove the additional mailbox, and just try to open 'Other users folder', I get the error 'Unable to display the folder.  The inbox folder could not be found.".

I had no problem doing the same thing in Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003, so is this a bug, or is there something new in Exchange 2007 I am missing?
