Gurus:
Customer having a problem with Windows Media Player and all other software that can play home video. Apparently, the programs are unable to download or find the 'SEDG CODEC'.
1. What is this?
2. Where can I find it?
3. Will installing or importing this Codec solve the video problems completely?
