Blackberry

Blackberry will not sync to Exchange/Outlook...  Syncing from Outlook to Blackberry works fine.

Eventlog show error 20216:  <username> Synchronize() failed: ERR_FAIL

I have Exchange 2003 and BES on same machine (Server 2003).

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Figured it out...

When I applied several updates (nothing had been updated) BES lost/changed several services "Start up as" attributes.

Most of the BB services should start using a BES admin user... the updates changed that to the domain admin.  So, stopped services, changed back to the BES admin and all is well.
