To prevent ambiguity, Java DB that I meant is what refer by this url "developers.sun.com/javadb/"

1. Is there any way to export sql from Java DB?
2. Is there a GUI that can  directly change the value of the table without writing SQL?

1.The Class org.apache.derby.impl.load.Export has methods to export table contents to File
2. Please refer http://db.apache.org/derby/integrate/plugin_howto.html.
It details how to integrate Java DB into eclipse and use UI
(If your question is general - then there are tools like TOAD, DBVisualizer ...)
