windows 2000 server

in event viewer on win 2000 server i get error like this "Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server \\SRV could not be contacted. "
how i resolve this?

Disable the License Logging Service on all your servers; Microsoft acknowledges that it's not quite doing what it was supposed to do, and that you can disable it safely in most surroundings. Check here for details:
