point to point T1 connection

I have a point to point T1 connection from A to B and A to C. No clocking is provided by the provider. On the routers, I set the A's router clock to line and B's router clock to internal. And I did the same for the A to C too.  So my question is , when no clocking is provided, you set one side to line and the other side to internal???

YES, Typically for point to point links, ISP do not provide the clocking and you'll have to have one of the end provide it and follow that clocking on the other end.
