Lexmark T632 taking several minutes to print documents

I have several Lexmark T632 printers that when printing (from any program) the printer can take up to 15 minutes to print.  This doesn't happen all the time.  Sometimes if we send a label to the printer it will send the print job through that has been stored in the memory.

Is there a setting I can change in the configuration of the printer?

Thanks!

A couple of suggestions.

1. If the printer is network connected, change the Standard TCP/IP port on the PC from Raw to LPR (and set the queue name to "/prt0")

2. Reset the printer to factory defaults. This can be done from the Utilities menu on the printer. This will wipe all printer settings, including things like IP addresses etc.
