Email Formats in Exchange Server 2003

I am using exchange server 2003, we are running a website for an advertising campaign on the internet, where customer fill in online enquiry forms, the form is sent to a number of email addresses, i receive the emails in the correct format when delivered to my pop3 account but the ones that go through to email addresses on exchange server lose their format, is there anything i can do to prevent this as the enquiry forms are all messed up when coming through exchange, showing all html tags etc.

Thanks

That is usually caused by something outside of Exchange - antispam or antivirus are the prime candidates. Exchange doesn't change the format of the message.

the thing is, i have a pop3 account on the mailing list which receives the lead in the correct format, i thought there might be a setting in exchange which i can alter to sort the fornatting out.
