We have Outlook 2003 Professional<br />
<br />
For some reason I have one user that is no longer able to move emails out of her Inbox.<br />
When you click and drag the email from her Inbox to a sub-folder, it doesn't do anything.<br />
<br />
Her account is on Exchange 2003.<br />
<br />
I checked the permissions on her folders and they all look fine.<br />
<br />
She also uses the Cached mode for Outlook.<br />
<br />
Any ideas??

For some reason I have one user that is no longer able to move emails out of her Inbox.
