We have Outlook 2003 Professional

For some reason I have one user that is no longer able to move emails out of her Inbox.
When you click and drag the email from her Inbox to a sub-folder, it doesn't do anything.

Her account is on Exchange 2003.

I checked the permissions on her folders and they all look fine.

She also uses the Cached mode for Outlook.

Any ideas??
