Hello,
Recently I changed the name of my exchange server to a mail.domain.com in my Exchange System Manager; my boss would like NDR' s to show "Company Name" instead of my mail.domain.com.
Is there a way to do that?

You could change it, but it will cause problems with email delivery.

The NDR doesn't come from a company - it comes from the server. The name in the NDR is how the server identifies itself to the outside world. If you server says that its name is This Company instead of mail.domain.com then anyone doing a lookup on servername will fail and your messages will be blocked.

Thank you Simon.
I thought it made no sense but I wanted to make sure before telling that.
