It can print out of one database, but not another it prints a sheet with the header but not the database info, evryone else can can so it is not the DB, also it can print out of a different DB just not that one.  It views fine just doesn't print the DB info????? I ran a detect and repair and it has been rebooted several times?????

If you are using a different printer, the printer driver for the new printer may be incompatible or outdated.  To test, try to print to old printer from new location....if old printer doesn't print right, compare printer driver version on old PC to driver version on new PC>

Are you printing to the original printer or to a different printer?

Ok,
1.  Access has two settings in page setup for each report>Print to default printer or >Print to specific printer.   Check setting in new pc......should be print to default printer.

2. If setting is correct, then the likely suspect is the printer driver...may be outdated or incompatible. to test, test print to another printer (preferably one you know works......for example, the original printer.

3. If printer driver problem confirmed, download updated driver from printer  manufacturer.
