Any idea as to why this field will not display the record from the db?  All of the variables on the page are dispalying except for this one.  There is nothing special about it because it is a text type.

$providerID = $_GET["providerID"];
$query = "SELECT strProviderservice, strCompanyname, strOwner, strAddress, strTown, strZipcode, strPhone, str2ndphone, strMobile, strPager, strFax, strEmail, strWebsite, strlicense, strInsured, strBonded, strHours, str24houremerg, strOtherservices, strServicearea, strInbusiness_since, strServicesoffered, strFreeestimate, strWorkguaranteed, strProvidertagline, strAd_size, strImage FROM tblAdspace WHERE providerID = " . mysql_real_escape_string($providerID);
$result = mysql_query($query) or die(mysql_error());

while ($row = mysql_fetch_array ($result)) {
$strProviderservice = $row['strProviderservice'];
$strCompanyname = $row['strCompanyname'];
$strOwner = $row['strOwner'];
$strAddress = $row['strAddress'];
$strTown = $row['strTown'];
$strZipcode = $row['strZipcode'];
$strPhone = $row['strPhone'];
$str2ndphone = $row['str2ndphone'];
$strMobile = $row['strMobile'];
$strPager = $row['strPager'];
$strFax = $row['strFax'];
$strEmail = $row['strEmail'];
$strWebsite = $row['strWebsite'];
$strLicense = $row['strLicense'];
$strInsured = $row['strInsured'];
$strBonded = $row['strBonded'];
$strHours = $row['strHours'];
$str24houremerg = $row['str24houremerg'];
$strOtherservices = $row['strOtherservices'];
$strServicearea = $row['strServicearea'];
$strInbusiness_since = $row['strInbusiness_since'];
$strServicesoffered = $row['strServicesoffered'];
$strFreeestimate = $row['strFreeestimate'];
$strWorkguaranteed = $row['strWorkguaranteed'];
$strProvidertagline = $row['strProvidertagline'];
$strAd_size = $row['strAd_size'];
$strImage = $row['strImage'];
}

<input type="text" size="14" value="<?= $strLicense ?>" name="strLicense"> <-- This Line

You have a spelling error in your  $query statement:

Holy Cow!  I can't believe I missed that.  Wow, something so small yet so big.  Thanks!
