server trouble.

My company has a few IBM X series 8676 41x servers. I would like to console into them from the serial port of the server to a laptop.  Does anybody know the correct parameters for communicating with a server like this?  I would apprecate some help.  Thank you.

start --> program--> accessory--> communications--> hyper terminal --> name the connection(any)--> choose com port that connect to serial (COM1-3)--> OK follow the setting:
bit per second: 9600
databits: 8
parity: none
stopbit: 1
flow control hardware
OK
