Constants should only require adding type declareations:

CONST PAGE_TITLE_F as string = "Rapport d'intégrité des ventes"
CONST PAGE_TITLE_E as string = "Sales Integrity Report"

CONST DEFAULT_ACTIVE_COMPANY as integer = "5"

etc.
