This is just eyeballing, but the closest match that I can get is RAL 5005 in the Classic colors and RAL 270 40 40 in the Designer Collection

If this is for the web, Pantone suggests the RGB values of R49, G96, B170 or the hex value of #3160AA

If you are looking for a “web safe” color, the closest is hex # 336699

I went to this site to look up RAL colors: http://www.avas.cz/nastroje/barvy/index.php

If this is not the information that you were needing, let me know.

**** Updated information.****

While Pantone sets standard with which to describe colors, their definition changes depending on if you are using the American or European color guide.

After making the above post, I realized that your Pantone Chart was from the UK, so I looked up the RGB formula using the Pantone Color Bridge CMYK EU definitions. The European formula renders a color that is a slight more magenta than does the American Formula. Based on that, I revise my color choices to those below:

RAL 280 40 40 in the Designer Collection

Pantone suggests the RGB values of R63, G92, B166 or the hex value of # 3F5CA6

The closest “web safe” color is still hex # 336699

Here is a screen grab of my comparison. You can make your own judgment.
