I have Outlook 2003 sp2. &nbsp;<br />
For some reason, the shortcut key ALT+S doesn't work for sending emails anymore.<br />
It does when I launch outlook.exe /SAFE<br />
There is nothing checked in Add-in manager and nothing in Com add ins.<br />
