Display color problem

How do I reset my default display colors on my desktop. We have a coworker who wasn't happy with the colors on the desktop. He changed something to "pumpkin" color. Now everything looks pinkish and I can't figure out how to change it back. I have tried everything I know.

Go into Display Properties (control pnl, display) and select one of the standard Schemes, then click apply.

Thanks, everyone. I did try the above but what seem to help the most was restarting the computer once the changes were made.
