HTML character problem

Hi

I'm retrieving text in XML. My problem is that the XML has HTML characters like:

I cant get flash to display the correct character which should be in this instance '

Does anybody know what I should do?

Are you displaying the text in a dynamic textfield??
If so, turn on the 'Render text as HTML' option for the textfield and use the htmlText to set the text.
your code will look somethign like this

txt.htmlText= "&apos is a quote ";
