Exchange 2003 - Allow Automatic Replies

I have in Exchange 2003, Allow Automatic Replies Off in the System Manager/Global Settinds/Internet Message Format/Default/Advanced, but when users add a rule in outlook " have a server reply using", it still send out replies.

With the option disabled, you will still receive the automatic responses if the email is not leaving the Exchange organization.  Have you verified that the automated response is leaving the exchange org?  IE - send an email from a Hotmail account to the email address with the automatic response.  You shouldn't receive the response.

You are right, I just tested it, no replies from outside, replies still in the inside, can I turn off auto-replies for the inside?
