I am pretty much pulling my hair out. I have Google'd myself to end and I have tried just about every recommendation. You guys are my only hope. Here are the specifics. I has a raid controller issue which killed 2 of my 4 drives in a raid...no biggie it happens. I reinstalled the SBS 2003 got my public and private stores to mount...after a little work. My users got the infamous unable to download the offline address book. My server got various errors pertaining to it. I have finally gotten down to one error and several template warnings. I think it has something to do with the GUID because I named the domain the same but the organization differently. I made the changes via legacydn.exe and my favorite little app adsiedi that eliminated many of my errors and warnings. Now I am down to this.
My first is this:
Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      MSExchangeSA
Event Category:      OAL Generator
Event ID:      9331
Date:            3/28/2007
Time:            9:39:59 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      SERVER
Description:
OALGen encountered error 8004010f (internal ID 5020114) accessing the public folder store while generating the offline address list for address list '\Global Address List'.

Along with this:
Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      MSExchangeSA
Event Category:      OAL Generator
Event ID:      9116
Date:            3/28/2007
Time:            9:39:59 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      SERVER
Description:
OALGen encountered an error while generating the changes.oab file for differential downloads of address list '\Global Address List'.  Clients will not be able to incrementally update to the new version of the offline address list, they will perform a full download instead.  This is normal if this is the first time this offline address list has been generated.  Check other logged events to see if this is a serious error.

With plenty of these of various sorts. I am assuming its for every template.

Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      MSExchangeSA
Event Category:      OAL Generator
Event ID:      9348
Date:            3/28/2007
Time:            9:39:58 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      SERVER
Description:
OALGen encountered error 8004010f while loading the template /O=FIRST ORGANIZATION/cn=Configuration/cn=Addressing/cn=Address-Templates/cn=403. This address or display template will not be available for client download.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oy... why'd ya have to go an name the organization differently?  Because my first read of your issue I didn't see that and was going to give you this great blog post on how to restore the templates:
http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2006/09/09/748133.aspx and point you to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922251 and hope that you'd be done.

But I'm concerned that you may have further issues within LDAP or Public Folders needing to be re-homed, etc.  Basically a big mess.  But thank goodness there is the new ExDRA (Exchange Disaster Recovery Analyzer) for which there is a tutorial here:  http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2003-Disaster-Recovery-Analyzer-Tool-ExDRA-10.html
