I am having problems downloading from my HTTPS sites this happens only on this PC and no others.
Listed below are 3 of the websites that I am unable to download data from:

https://portal.covisint.com/portal/public/tp/delphi//

https://www.gmsupplypower.com/apps/r4ps/amserver/login

https://njpod14.adp.com/eXperts/MainFrame.do

For each of these sites I have to enter a password and select the data that I would like to download.

when I do this I receive a note at the top of the page :

To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked the site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options.
Then I click the option button it sends me back to the main page. I did not have this problem a month ago.
I check my security settings in IE7 they are set to low or meduim. everything else look ok in my IE settings.
please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try just clicking on the bar at the top of the page that has the note on it, then you should be able to choose "download file" from the drop-down list that appears. Don't click the options button.

you could also try going to "Tools" and "internet Options" click on the security tab and adding the sites to your trusted site list. This should stop it from blocking the downloads.
