Active Report and vs2005

Is active report that comes with vs2005 free? I could generate report in my home computer without problem in vs2005 using active report, but i am not sure if this active report will work in production environment.  And if it is not free, any other free report tools like this i can use to generate pdf or html report?

ActiveReports by DataDynamics is not free (I use it at work).
It will run on localhost, but if you try to browse to anything besides localhost then it won't work, you need to purchase the tool.
