Attempting to register a file on Win XP Pro workstation ( msxml4.dll) C:\ Windows\System32 using regsvr32.
Get a message saying LoadLibrary ( "C:\Windows\system32\msxml4.dll) failed - a dynamic link library (DLL) initiallization routine failed

     You should reinstall msxml with sp. Link below contains the latest msxml with latest servicepack.
